Shipping policy
Most orders placed for in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding Holidays. Please note that shipping times could increase during peak sales times such as our Annual Anniversary Sale, & the holiday season.
All orders ship from Utah. Please note that even if you select expedited shipments, orders may not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, and times do not include internal processing. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that USPS is the only shipping option for orders shipped to PO boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Address Changes
CirceCo is not responsible for wrong or mistaken addresses entered upon ordering. We will make our best effort to change an address before the order goes out. The customer will be subject to any additional shipping charges resulting from rerouting an order.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If the tracking for your order shows that it was delivered and you are unable to find it, please contact the carrier. Here are the phone numbers for the carriers that we use:

CirceCo takes lost and stolen items very seriously. If you believe your order was lost or stolen, please inform us via our Contact Us page, and we will request an investigation by the shipping company. We will take no action toward refunding or replacing a shipment until the shipping company completes this investigation. If you believe your package was stolen, we strongly suggest that you submit a police report. Due to limits on filing claims with major shipping companies, you must report a lost or stolen shipment within one month. Refunding or replacing lost or stolen orders will be done at the sole discretion of CirceCo.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.thecirceco.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The CireceCo. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit and if the associated costs exceed the merchandise total, your credit card will be billed for the difference. Moreover, you are responsible for expenses associated with packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete address information, no signature on file, or no recipient at the shipping location provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout based on order size, weight, shipping time and location.
