    All Returns Must Be Requested Via email.

    Quickly and easily return your item(s) by sending a return request email to support@thecirceco.com. 

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return with no questions asked.

    Please note that sale items are NOT eligible to be returned.

     Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

    Any items that are returned damaged
    Any items returned that appear to have been used
    Any items returned with stains
    Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
    Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
    Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date
    Any items returned that has not been approved

    Damages and issues
